01
Capture
Scan the badge, business card, QR code, or a handwritten note. Ten seconds at the booth, then back to the conversation.
Integrations / Pardot
Marketing automation integration
Tendro scans the badge, enriches the contact, and sends it to Pardot (now Account Engagement) tagged with the event, so your nurture program starts while the show is still running.
Desk trial: test scans and real enrichment at your desk. Pardot sync starts with your first paid event. No credit card.
§ 01 · Sync
Tendro enriches each scan and syncs it to your Account Engagement prospects, tagged with the event, in under 10 seconds.
01
Scan the badge, business card, QR code, or a handwritten note. Ten seconds at the booth, then back to the conversation.
02
Tendro fills in what the badge left out: verified email, title, company, domain, firmographics. Typing at the booth becomes the exception.
03
Tag each capture hot, warm, or cold. Repeat visitors and multi-event prospects get flagged, so reps work real intent first.
04
The enriched record syncs to Pardot as a prospect through your Salesforce connector, carries the event tag, and drops into the right nurture list.
Prospects sync once a record is assigned to a user, so route the lead at capture and it lands ready to nurture. Campaign membership mirrors across when the Campaign Member write is wired (ask in the app chat) and Connected Campaigns is on.
Do not run a separate list import for event leads. The connector handles it, and double-importing breaks scoring and creates duplicate prospects.
§ 02 · Field mapping
Standard prospect fields plus an event tag and a source tag. Custom fields carry booth, note, and scan time for segmentation.
Segment on the event tag and a scan date in the last few days, then trigger an Engagement Studio program off that list for the post-event sequence.
§ 03 · Offline
Scans queue on the device and sync to Pardot when the connection returns. Timestamps are kept and duplicates collapse on email match.
Show floors run on congested WiFi and blocked carrier signal at peak. Every capture saves to the phone first, so the queue keeps moving while a prospect is still in front of you.
When the connection returns, the backlog delivers to Pardot in scan order. Nothing waits on the venue, and the real scan time rides along with the record.
§ 04 · Setup
Connect through your Salesforce and Account Engagement setup, map the fields, choose the event Campaign and nurture program, then test a scan.
01
Ask for the Account Engagement connector from the chat bubble in the app. It runs on the Salesforce plumbing that already ships, so it is typically live within a day.
02
Map captured fields to standard and custom prospect fields.
03
Point the event at its Campaign and the Engagement Studio program that runs your follow-up.
04
Desk-scan before the show and confirm the prospect, the event tag, and the nurture entry.
§ 05 · Attribution
The event tag on the prospect is the attribution record. Campaign membership, wired on request, keys Campaign reporting on top of it.
If you take the Campaign Member write, turn on Connected Campaigns so Salesforce Campaigns mirror into Account Engagement. Without it, Campaign Member sync is partial and one-way, and your event reporting has holes.
§ 06 · Pricing
$499 per event with unlimited team members, phones, and scans. Every integration included. Rented badge scanners run $400 to $700 each.
One flat rate covers the whole booth staff. No per-seat license and no per-device rental, and the app travels to the next show while the rental stays behind.
A full calendar gets the season pass: flat per-event pricing that drops as you add shows. The free desk trial tests real scans and enrichment at your desk, no card; Pardot sync turns on with your first paid event.
§ 07 · Last call
One app. Every event. No hardware rentals.
