Capture
Scan the badge, business card, QR code, or a handwritten note. Ten seconds at the booth, then back to the conversation.
Integrations / Microsoft Teams
Productivity integration
Tendro posts each scan into your Teams channel with the enriched contact and the owner tagged, so the whole booth team sees follow-up start in real time.
Desk trial: test scans and real enrichment at your desk. Microsoft Teams sync starts with your first paid event. No credit card.
§ 01 · Sync
Each capture posts a message to your Teams channel in seconds, with the enriched contact, score, and the assigned rep tagged.
01
Scan the badge, business card, QR code, or a handwritten note. Ten seconds at the booth, then back to the conversation.
02
Tendro fills in what the badge left out: verified email, title, company, domain, firmographics. Typing at the booth becomes the exception.
03
Tag each capture hot, warm, or cold. Repeat visitors and multi-event prospects get flagged, so reps work real intent first.
04
Tendro posts the enriched, scored lead to your Teams channel and mentions the routed rep, so the booth conversation turns into a follow-up in seconds.
This is a lead-event notification, not a record store. Teams is where the team sees the capture in real time. Your CRM is where the record lives.
Pair Teams with your CRM integration so the same scan alerts the rep and files the contact at once.
§ 02 · The message
Name, title, company, verified email, the hot/warm/cold score, the event, and the booth rep. Enough to act without opening the CRM.
§ 03 · Offline
Captures queue on the device and post to Teams when the signal returns, in scan order, so nothing is lost in the congestion.
Show floors run on congested WiFi and blocked carrier signal at peak. Every capture saves to the phone first, so the queue keeps moving while a prospect is still in front of you.
When the connection returns, the backlog delivers to Microsoft Teams in scan order. Nothing waits on the venue, and the real scan time rides along with the record.
§ 04 · Setup
Authorize Tendro to post to your team, pick the channel and routing, then run a test scan to see the alert land.
01
Authorize Tendro to post into your Teams team.
02
Choose the channel, or map territories to per-rep channels.
03
Set who gets mentioned so the alert reaches the owner.
04
Desk-scan and confirm the message and the mention.
§ 05 · Routing
Owner routing tags the assigned rep in the message. Map by territory, product, or rep on duty, and the mention follows the rule.
Routing rules live in Tendro, so the Teams alert reflects the same owner your CRM record gets. No one has to claim leads from a shared list.
§ 06 · Pricing
$499 per event with unlimited team members, phones, and scans. Every integration included. Rental scanners run $400 to $700 per device.
One flat rate covers the whole booth staff. No per-seat license and no per-device rental, and the app travels to the next show while the rental stays behind.
A full calendar gets the season pass: flat per-event pricing that drops as you add shows. The free desk trial tests real scans and enrichment at your desk, no card; Microsoft Teams sync turns on with your first paid event.
§ 07 · Last call
One app. Every event. No hardware rentals.
