How is Tendro priced for more than one event?
$499 per event with unlimited team members. Calendars of shows get a quoted per-event rate that drops with volume. Unlimited people, phones and scans on every event.
There is no per-seat line and no per-device line, so a six-person booth pays the same as a two-person booth, and the season-pass rate depends only on how many shows you list. The full single-event rate card is on the pricing section.
What happens after you send the quote form?
A person reads it and replies within four business hours with your per-event rate and a payment link. A demo is optional, never required.
The reply comes from a person, with a per-event rate for the shows you listed and a payment link you can use straight away. If you want to see the app first, book a demo; it is not a step in the process, just an option.
Do you need to cover every show on the calendar?
No. Quote only the shows where the organizer scanner is missing, overpriced or locked. Keep the organizer app at the rest.
The organizer scanner is the badge-scanning device or app the show organizer rents to exhibitors, priced per device. Most buyers we talk to attend more shows than they need Tendro at.
