CRM integration

Event lead capture, synced to Pipedrive

Tendro scans the badge, enriches the contact, and creates the Pipedrive person, organization, and optional deal, tagged with the event and routed to the owner.

Desk trial: test scans and real enrichment at your desk. Pipedrive sync starts with your first paid event. No credit card.

§ 01 · Sync

How does Tendro sync event leads to Pipedrive?

Each scan creates or updates a Pipedrive person and organization, with an optional deal, tagged with the event, in under 10 seconds.

01

Capture

Scan the badge, business card, QR code, or a handwritten note. Ten seconds at the booth, then back to the conversation.

02

Enrich

Tendro fills in what the badge left out: verified email, title, company, domain, firmographics. Typing at the booth becomes the exception.

03

Score

Tag each capture hot, warm, or cold. Repeat visitors and multi-event prospects get flagged, so reps work real intent first.

04

Sync

Tendro writes the person and organization to Pipedrive, opens an optional deal in your event pipeline, and sets the owner.

Set Pipedrive's matching rule explicitly. Without it, Pipedrive creates duplicate people when the same buyer shows up at more than one event.

§ 02 · Field mapping

What fields land in Pipedrive?

Person and organization fields, verified email, the event as a source or label, plus custom fields for booth note and scan time.

Tendro capturePipedrive
  1. Name, titlePerson
  2. CompanyOrganization
  3. Verified emailPerson
  4. EventSource / label
  5. Booth noteCustom field
  6. OwnerDeal / person owner

§ 03 · Offline

What happens when the booth loses signal?

Scans queue on the device and sync to Pipedrive on reconnect, in scan order, so no capture is lost in the dead zone.

Show floors run on congested WiFi and blocked carrier signal at peak. Every capture saves to the phone first, so the queue keeps moving while a prospect is still in front of you.

When the connection returns, the backlog delivers to Pipedrive in scan order. Nothing waits on the venue, and the real scan time rides along with the record.

§ 04 · Setup

How do I connect Pipedrive?

Connect Tendro to Pipedrive, map fields, set the event pipeline and matching rule, then run a test scan.

01

Connect

Ask for the Pipedrive connector from the chat bubble in the app. It is built on request from the existing sync layer, typically live within a day.

02

Map

Map captured fields to person, organization, and custom fields.

03

Route

Choose the event pipeline, set the matching rule, and pick the owner routing.

04

Test

Desk-scan before the show and confirm the person, deal, and owner.

§ 05 · Attribution

How does event attribution work in Pipedrive?

The event rides as a source label on the person and the deal, so you can filter your event pipeline and report sourced deals by show.

Keep one event pipeline or a shared label scheme so multi-event buyers stay reportable across shows.

§ 06 · Pricing

What does the Pipedrive integration cost?

$499 per event with unlimited team members, phones, and scans. Every integration included. Rental scanners run $400 to $700 per device.

One flat rate covers the whole booth staff. No per-seat license and no per-device rental, and the app travels to the next show while the rental stays behind.

A full calendar gets the season pass: flat per-event pricing that drops as you add shows. The free desk trial tests real scans and enrichment at your desk, no card; Pipedrive sync turns on with your first paid event.

§ 07 · Last call

Sync Pipedrive at your next event.

One app. Every event. No hardware rentals.
