Capture
Scan the badge, business card, QR code, or a handwritten note. Ten seconds at the booth, then back to the conversation.

CRM integration
Tendro scans the badge, enriches the contact, and writes it to Salesforce in under 10 seconds. Tagged with the event, routed to the owner, before the rep leaves the booth.
Desk trial: test scans and real enrichment at your desk. Salesforce sync starts with your first paid event. No credit card.
§ 01 · Sync
Each scan is a REST API write to Salesforce in under 10 seconds: a Lead or matched Contact, tagged with the event name and Lead Source.
01
Scan the badge, business card, QR code, or a handwritten note. Ten seconds at the booth, then back to the conversation.
02
Tendro fills in what the badge left out: verified email, title, company, domain, firmographics. Typing at the booth becomes the exception.
03
Tag each capture hot, warm, or cold. Repeat visitors and multi-event prospects get flagged, so reps work real intent first.
04
The record writes to Salesforce over the REST API. A matching rule updates the existing Contact or creates a Lead, and the event name lands in a custom field.
The interesting work is the match step. Tendro checks email against your existing records so a known buyer updates their Contact instead of spawning a duplicate Lead. A net-new badge creates a Lead with Lead Source set.
Every write carries the event name, so your sourced-versus-influenced reporting still works three months later when the deal closes. If your reporting runs on Campaign Members, ask in the app chat and we wire the Campaign Member write to your event Campaign before the show.
§ 02 · Field mapping
Lead Source on the Lead, the event name in a custom field, plus booth, note, rep, and scan time. Campaign Member on request.
Keep the custom set to five or seven fields. Event Name, Booth Number, Conversation Note, Scanner Rep, Scan Timestamp, and an offline-sync flag cover routing, attribution, and data-quality audits. Every extra custom field is a future migration tax.
§ 03 · Offline
Scans queue on the device with full metadata and flush to Salesforce on reconnect. Timestamps are preserved and the offline flag is set.
Show floors run on congested WiFi and blocked carrier signal at peak. Every capture saves to the phone first, so the queue keeps moving while a prospect is still in front of you.
When the connection returns, the backlog delivers to Salesforce in scan order. Nothing waits on the venue, and the real scan time rides along with the record.
§ 04 · Setup
Authorize the Salesforce OAuth connector, map your fields once, set the routing, then run a test scan.
01
Authorize Tendro against your Salesforce org over OAuth, as a connected app your admin can scope and revoke. No package to install. Needs an API-enabled Salesforce edition (Enterprise and up, or Professional with the API add-on).
02
Map captured fields to standard and custom Salesforce fields in the mapping UI. Mapping survives token refresh.
03
Pick the assignment rule that routes to the owner. If you want a Responded Campaign Member on the event Campaign, ask in the app chat and we wire it before your show.
04
Run a desk scan before the show. Watch the Lead, the event fields, and the routing fire end to end.
§ 05 · Attribution
The event name on the Lead is the durable record. On request, a Responded Campaign Member on the event Campaign feeds Campaign Influence.
A booth scan is a response by definition, so when the Campaign Member write is wired, Responded is the correct status at create. Standard Campaign Influence reports key off it, and it is what your CMO sees on the post-event dashboard.
Salesforce has a default worth knowing about for multi-event journeys: it sets Primary Campaign Source to the most recent Campaign, not first-touch. If you want the March show to keep credit over the September one, add a Flow on Opportunity create that picks the earliest Responded member.
§ 06 · Pricing
$499 per event. Unlimited team members, unlimited phones, unlimited scans, every integration. Rental scanners run $400 to $700 per device.
One flat rate covers the whole booth staff. No per-seat license and no per-device rental, and the app travels to the next show while the rental stays behind.
A full calendar gets the season pass: flat per-event pricing that drops as you add shows. The free desk trial tests real scans and enrichment at your desk, no card; Salesforce sync turns on with your first paid event.
§ 07 · Last call
One app. Every event. No hardware rentals.
