Booth leads, straight to Slack

Every scan posts to your Slack channel with the enriched contact and the booth rep tagged, so follow-up starts while the prospect is still on the floor.

Desk trial: test scans and real enrichment at your desk. Slack sync starts with your first paid event. No credit card.

§ 01 · Sync

How does Tendro post event leads to Slack?

Each capture posts a message to your chosen Slack channel in seconds, with the enriched contact, score, and the assigned rep tagged.

01

Capture

Scan the badge, business card, QR code, or a handwritten note. Ten seconds at the booth, then back to the conversation.

02

Enrich

Tendro fills in what the badge left out: verified email, title, company, domain, firmographics. Typing at the booth becomes the exception.

03

Score

Tag each capture hot, warm, or cold. Repeat visitors and multi-event prospects get flagged, so reps work real intent first.

04

Sync

Tendro posts the enriched, scored lead to your Slack channel and mentions the routed rep, so the booth conversation turns into a follow-up in seconds.

This is a lead-event notification, not a record store. Slack is where the team sees the capture in real time. Your CRM is where the record lives.

Pair Slack with your CRM integration so the same scan alerts the rep and files the contact at once.

§ 02 · The message

What shows up in the Slack message?

Name, title, company, verified email, the hot/warm/cold score, the event, and the booth rep. Enough to act without opening the CRM.

Tendro captureSlack message
  1. Name, title, companyMessage header
  2. Verified emailMessage body
  3. Scorehot / warm / cold
  4. EventContext line
  5. Booth rep@mention

§ 03 · Offline

What happens when the booth has no WiFi?

Captures queue on the device and post to Slack when the signal returns, in scan order, so nothing is lost while the hall is congested.

Show floors run on congested WiFi and blocked carrier signal at peak. Every capture saves to the phone first, so the queue keeps moving while a prospect is still in front of you.

When the connection returns, the backlog delivers to Slack in scan order. Nothing waits on the venue, and the real scan time rides along with the record.

§ 04 · Setup

How do I connect Slack?

Authorize Tendro to post to your workspace, pick the channel and routing, then run a test scan to see the alert land.

01

Connect

Authorize Tendro to post to your Slack workspace.

02

Channel

Choose the channel, or map territories to per-rep channels.

03

Route

Set who gets mentioned so the alert reaches the owner.

04

Test

Desk-scan and confirm the message and the mention.

§ 05 · Routing

How do reps get routed the right lead in Slack?

Owner routing tags the assigned rep in the message. Map by territory, product, or rep on duty, and the mention follows the rule.

Routing rules live in Tendro, so the Slack alert reflects the same owner your CRM record gets. No one has to claim leads from a shared list.

§ 06 · Pricing

What does the Slack integration cost?

$499 per event with unlimited team members, phones, and scans. Every integration included. Rental scanners run $400 to $700 per device.

One flat rate covers the whole booth staff. No per-seat license and no per-device rental, and the app travels to the next show while the rental stays behind.

A full calendar gets the season pass: flat per-event pricing that drops as you add shows. The free desk trial tests real scans and enrichment at your desk, no card; Slack sync turns on with your first paid event.

§ 07 · Last call

Sync Slack at your next event.

One app. Every event. No hardware rentals.
