Productivity integration

Every captured lead as a webhook

Tendro fires a JSON payload with the full lead context to any endpoint you choose, so the tools without a direct integration still get the lead in real time.

Desk trial: test scans and real enrichment at your desk. Webhooks sync starts with your first paid event. No credit card.

§ 01 · Sync

How do Tendro webhooks work?

Each capture POSTs a JSON payload with the enriched, scored lead to your endpoint in seconds. Your side turns it into a record.

01

Capture

Scan the badge, business card, QR code, or a handwritten note. Ten seconds at the booth, then back to the conversation.

02

Enrich

Tendro fills in what the badge left out: verified email, title, company, domain, firmographics. Typing at the booth becomes the exception.

03

Score

Tag each capture hot, warm, or cold. Repeat visitors and multi-event prospects get flagged, so reps work real intent first.

04

Sync

Tendro POSTs the enriched lead as JSON to your endpoint. Your handler maps the payload into a contact, row, or ticket on the other side.

Webhooks are the catch-all for the long tail: Eloqua, ActiveCampaign, and internal tools. The wiring is one-time. Once your endpoint accepts the payload, it runs the same sub-10-second capture-to-send as the direct integrations.

If your stack has an API, a webhook carries the lead there with full context.

§ 02 · The payload

What is in the webhook payload?

A JSON object: contact fields, verified email, enrichment, hot/warm/cold score, event, booth note, scan timestamp, and owner.

Payload keyValue
  1. contactname, title, company
  2. emailVerified address
  3. enrichmentFirmographics
  4. scorehot / warm / cold
  5. eventShow name
  6. noteBooth conversation note
  7. scanned_atISO 8601 timestamp
  8. ownerRouted rep

§ 03 · Offline

What if the venue has no connection?

Captures queue on the device and POST when the signal returns, in scan order, with the real scan timestamp in the payload.

Show floors run on congested WiFi and blocked carrier signal at peak. Every capture saves to the phone first, so the queue keeps moving while a prospect is still in front of you.

When the connection returns, the backlog delivers to your endpoint in scan order. Nothing waits on the venue, and the real scan time rides along with the record.

§ 04 · Setup

How do I set up a webhook?

Point Tendro at your endpoint URL, confirm the payload shape, add a secret, then run a test scan to see it POST.

01

Endpoint

Add your endpoint URL in Tendro.

02

Payload

Confirm the JSON shape and map keys on your side.

03

Secure

Add a signing secret so your endpoint can verify the source.

04

Test

Desk-scan and confirm your endpoint received the payload.

§ 05 · Long tail

How do I send leads to Eloqua or ActiveCampaign?

Through the webhook. Tendro fires the lead payload, and your Eloqua or ActiveCampaign endpoint turns it into a contact tagged with the event.

Most B2B teams run a CRM and a separate marketing automation tool. Webhooks make sure the lead lands in both, with the right event source on each side.

§ 06 · Pricing

What do webhooks cost?

$499 per event with unlimited team members, phones, and scans. Every integration included. Rental scanners run $400 to $700 per device.

One flat rate covers the whole booth staff. No per-seat license and no per-device rental, and the app travels to the next show while the rental stays behind.

A full calendar gets the season pass: flat per-event pricing that drops as you add shows. The free desk trial tests real scans and enrichment at your desk, no card; any endpoint sync turns on with your first paid event.

§ 07 · Last call

Sync Webhooks at your next event.

One app. Every event. No hardware rentals.
