What happens when the venue loses signal?
Captures queue on the device and deliver to your Workday endpoint on reconnect, in scan order, with the real scan time attached.
Show floors run on congested WiFi and blocked carrier signal at peak. Every capture saves to the phone first, so the queue keeps moving while a prospect is still in front of you.
When the connection returns, the backlog delivers to Workday in scan order. Nothing waits on the venue, and the real scan time rides along with the record.

How is the Workday connection configured?
Through a configured endpoint or the Webhooks payload. Setups vary, so nothing here assumes a certified Workday app.

What does the Workday integration cost?
$499 per event with unlimited team members, phones, and scans. Every integration included. Rental scanners run $400 to $700 per device.
